The McQuade Center for Strategic Research and Development, LLC (MSRD) was established in 2019 by the Otsuka US Pharmaceutical Business. MSRD is named for Dr. Robert McQuade, Chief Strategic Officer for Otsuka in the US and President of MSRD.
